Founded in 2021 by Magic Valley locals who were tired of poor communication and unreliable service in the pool and spa industry—and set out to change it.

When we bought our own pool and spa, we quickly ran into a major problem: getting reliable communication and expert service in our area was nearly impossible. Phone calls went unanswered, service was inconsistent, and simple maintenance felt like a constant headache.

We knew our community deserved better.

In 2021, as Magic Valley natives born and raised right here in Southern Idaho, we set out to fill that gap. Ty dove headfirst into mastering every technical aspect of water chemistry, spa mechanics, and specialized equipment—quickly growing into one of the foremost pool and spa experts in the entire geographical region.

Today, we bring true small-town accountability together with the latest water care technology so you can spend less time worrying about your water and more time enjoying it.

    Owner & Lead Operator

    In the Business: 5 Years

    The mechanical mind behind 208 Pool & Spa. Ty has spent the last 5 years mastering pool mechanics, water chemistry, and heavy spa logistics. When he’s not keeping local water crystal clear or fixing engines, you’ll find him hunting, traveling, golfing, or spending quality time with his daughters.

    In the Business: 5 Years

    Lexi keeps the business connected to our community and ensures our clients stay informed across social media. Outside of her work in the medical field and at 208 Pool & Spa, Lexi loves golfing, reading, and staying active.

    In the Business: 2 Years

    A familiar face during our peak summer season, Cole is a local science teacher at Filer High School who brings his sharp attention to detail to pool water testing and site maintenance. In his off time, he enjoys reading, exercising, and spending time with his family.
